Brothers, Matt and Will Heim, have spent their lives being successful in business. Restaurant ownership and management, banking, poultry processing, safety & first aid, and now HBI Sourcing. After seeing the safety industry being swallowed up by big corporate conglomerates, Matt and Will saw the need for starting a company that would do business the right way. Treating each account with the respect and personal touch it deserves, as well as, offering quality products, competitive pricing and unmatched customer service. Matt’s son Austin Heim is a graduate of Auburn university with a degree in Logistics. Austin has dedicated himself to running the HBI Sourcing warehouse with speed and accuracy, making sure each customer gets the products they order in a timely manner.
